If you prefer to send an audio replay to your clients in the Replays section, follow these instructions:



Step 1. Click on the My Groups tab.




Step 2. Click on the Replays icon for that group.




Step 3. Click the Create New Replay button on the right-hand side of your screen.




Step 4. Add the Title of this replay.




Step 5. Click the Media Library icon.




Step 6. Then click the Audios tab.




Step 7. To proceed, select the "+" icon, and then browse your computer to locate and choose the audio file.




Step 8. Once your file has been successfully uploaded, it will be displayed at the top of the list. To select the audio file, simply click on the checkbox next to it, and then proceed by clicking the "Add File" button.




Step 9. After successfully uploading your audio file, it will be inserted into the Replay Content box. You can also add any instructions or additional resources below the audio player.


Once you've completed this step, don't forget to enable the "Announce this REPLAY to the group via email" toggle and proceed by clicking the Save button. This will instantly send an email to your clients letting them know that the replay is now available.
