If you offer live coaching calls with your groups, you may want to share the recordings of these calls to your group members.
To send your replays, please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Click on the My Groups tab.
Step 2. Click the icon under Replays.
Step 3. Then click the Create New Replay button.
Step 4. Add the title on the Title box.
Step 5. Then add your call recording on the Replay Content box.
We highly recommend using either YouTube (unlisted) or Vimeo to store live call recordings because videos typically have large file sizes.

After embedding the video from YouTube or Vimeo, go straight to Step 8.
If you choose to upload the videos to Coaching Genie, follow the steps below:
Uploading videos directly to Coaching Genie
To add a video (or audio) recording, click on the Media Library icon as shown on the screenshot below.
Step 6. Click on the Videos tab, and click the + sign to upload the video from your computer. If you're uploading an audio recording, simply click on the "Audios" tab.
Step 7. Click the box next to the file you have just uploaded, then click the Add File button to insert the video into the Replay Content box.
You can also add more files by uploading them to your Media Library first. For more detailed instructions, read this article: How can I access all my files inside the media library?
Step 8. Once the recording has been added to the Replay Content box, toggle on the option for "Announce this REPLAY to the group via email" then click the Save button. This will instantly send an email to your clients.
