Yes, you can. Just choose "Live" as the group type when setting up your program and check the box for "Deliver modules via email". You do not need to schedule any live calls.

Follow these steps:

Step 1. Create a Live group.

The first thing you will need to do to set up your email-based coaching program is by creating a group. Watch this quick video below (no audio).

Step 2. Set up the "Welcome Page" of your group.

Watch this quick video on how to do this (no audio). We have provided a template you can use here, which you can see inserted into the editor:

Step 3. Create your modules.

To create modules, follow the instructions here: How do I create a new module?

Please take note that you don't have to create all your modules at this point. You can continue working on them later.

Step 4. Add your modules to the Course assigned to your Group.

Follow the step-by-step instructions here: How do I add modules to a Course?

Step 5. Invite your clients to join the group.

Now that you have set up the initial pieces for your group, you can start inviting your clients to join your email-based coaching program by sending the "Client Link" for that group.

Follow these instructions: How can clients join my group?

Step 6. Communicate with your clients through journals.

Once your clients have joined, you can start communicating with them through the Journals.

As a Coach, you can send a message to your client by creating a Journal entry. Watch the video below to learn how (no audio):

Your client will receive a notification that a new journal entry was posted on their account. Then you can continue the conversation in the comments.
