The purpose of the weekly check-ins is accountability and tracking progress. Each member of the group can see how the other members are doing, how active and engaged they are, and how much progress they’ve made in the program.

If you want to hide the weekly check-ins from the group members, you must use an "Evergreen" group type where members do not see each other's names, journals, or weekly check-ins.

Here's how to set your Group Type to Evergreen:

Step 1: Under the "My Groups" tab, click "Edit" for the program you want to change to Evergreen.

Step 2: Under the "Basics" tab, click the dropdown arrow under "Group Type" and select "Evergreen".

Step 4: Click Save on the bottom right to save your group settings.

Note: If you want your clients to submit something privately, remind them to use a journal. Each journal entry can be set to “public” or “private” mode as needed.
