There are two features within Coaching Genie that allow you to connect with your clients while providing members a way to interact with each other and create a community within your groups. 


Feature #1: Client Journal


Your clients can use journals to add their insights or submit homework, then you and other group members can review their journal entries and add their own comments. Both, you and your group members receive email notifications when a new journal entry or comment is added. 



Feature #2: Weekly Check-ins


Group members can connect and engage with each other through weekly check-ins. You can create weekly questions under group settings. When your clients answer the questions, their answers show up on the "Weekly Activity" page of the group.


You might still choose to create a Facebook group for your group for social interactions, but the community-building features in Coaching Genie allow people to focus on the program material and not get distracted by social media.
