You can monitor client payments by going to My Orders in your Coaching Genie account. This section shows the current status of each payment or payment plan.
Payment Status Meanings
- Active - The client’s payment method has been confirmed and the installment plan is currently in progress.
- Paid - All payments have been successfully received. This could mean the installment plan has been completed or a one-time payment has been fully paid.
- Unpaid - A payment attempt failed and was not completed after the system retries. The client will need to update their payment method to continue the payment.
- Canceled - The subscription or payment plan has been terminated and no further payments will be processed.
Checking My Orders regularly can help you stay informed about the status of your clients’ payments and quickly identify any issues that need attention.
