All users are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of signing up for any program or plan. We must receive your refund request in writing within 30 days of your payment at tech@coachinggenie.com. Please note that we do not issue refunds for partially used or unused months. Renewal payments are subject to the same refund policy.
Additionally, even if a coach does not actively use or log in to their Coaching Genie account, their data is still hosted on our servers, which incurs costs. Our development team also regularly maintains the platform to ensure a smooth experience for all users.
