Follow these simple steps to create and send certificates of completion to your clients:

Step 1. On your dashboard, locate your profile picture on the right-hand side. Click the downward arrow next to it and select "My Forms" from the dropdown menu.




Step 2. Next, click the "Certificates" button.




Step 3. Then click the "Create New Certificate" button.




Step 4. Fill out the details such as the title of the certificate, organization name, course name, and description.




Step 5. Click on the box at the top right corner of each design option to choose your preferred certificate template.





Step 6. Your name will automatically appear in the "Printed Signature" field, but you can edit it if desired. You also have the option to upload your signature or create a manual signature.



If you prefer to create a manual signature, click the "Create a manual signature button".




Use your mouse to draw your signature. If you need to redo your signature, click the "Clear Canvas" button. Once you're satisfied with your signature, click the "Create" button.




Then click the "Apply Changes" button to add your manual signature to the certificate. This will replace the printed signature.




You can preview the certificate instantly on the left side of the screen. Note that your client's full name will be automatically inserted into the certificate.




Step 7. When you’re satisfied with the certificate design, click the "Save Certificate" button to save your changes.




Step 8. Click on the "My Groups" tab to begin the process of sending the certificate to your clients.




Step 9. Locate the specific group and click on the "Members" icon.




Step 10. Click on "Certificates" located in the top-right corner of your dashboard.




Step 11. Click on the dropdown menu and choose the pre-created certificate from the list.




Step 12. Choose the members you want to send the certificate to by clicking the checkbox next to their names. To send certificates to everyone in the group, click the "Select All" checkbox.


After selecting the recipients, click the "Send Certificates" button to send the certificates.



Your clients will receive an email with the subject line "Here's your certificate of completion!" with the certificate attached as a PDF.
