Coaches have the flexibility to personalize their group labels in Coaching Genie to better align with their coaching style and terminology. Once updated, these labels will instantly reflect across all groups created within their account. Follow these steps to edit your group labels:


Step 1. Access Profile Settings


Click on the downward pointing arrow located in the top-right corner of your dashboard, next to your profile picture.




Step 2. Navigate to "My Profile"


From the dropdown menu that appears, click on "My Profile" to open your profile settings.




Step 3. Edit Group Labels


Within the "My Profile" page, find and click on the "Edit group labels" button. This button is located below the "Public Contact Information" section.




Step 4. Rename Your Labels


You will see a list of default group labels that you can rename, including:


  • Welcome
  • Members
  • Files
  • Discussion
  • Modules
  • Check-in
  • Replays
  • Progress
  • Events
  • Journal
  • Collaboration


For each label you wish to change, enter the new label name (up to 13 characters) in the text box provided below each group label. 




Step 5. Save Changes


After entering all the new labels, click the "Save" button to apply your changes.



Step 6. Preview Changes


To see how the new labels appear to your clients, scroll up to the top of your dashboard and toggle on the "Client" view. This allows you to preview the dashboard as your clients would see it, complete with the new labels.

You can change these labels at any time to suit your needs. Simply follow the steps above whenever you need to update the terminology.
