If a customer has purchased your program through a product link from Coaching Genie but does not appear as a member in your group, follow these steps to resolve the issue:


Step 1. Ask the customer to check their email inbox for a confirmation email from Coaching Genie. This email is sent automatically right after the purchase. The subject line will be: "Thank you for your order."


Step 2. Next, instruct the customer to find the email containing their login details. PLEASE NOTE: It's important that they click on the link provided in this email to activate their account. This step is crucial for their account to be recognized and linked to the group. Here’s what the email looks like:




Step 3. Once the account is activated, the customer can log in to their account at any time by visiting: https://app.coachinggenie.com/login/ 



Troubleshooting


If the customer claims that they have not received the email:


  • Advise them to check their spam or junk mail folder.
  • Confirm the email address they used for the purchase and check for any typos.
