If you encounter a situation where a customer has purchased your program that you created through our built-in landing page, but does not appear in your group as a member inside Coaching Genie, follow these steps to resolve the issue:


Step 1. Check the email confirmation


Inform the customer to check their email inbox for a confirmation email from Coaching Genie. This email is automatically sent immediately after the purchase is made. 


The subject line of that email will be: "Thank you for your order".



Step 2. Activate the Account


Ask the customer to locate the email which contains their login details. It is crucial that they click on the link provided within this email to activate their account. 


This step is necessary for their account to be recognized and linked to the group. Here's how the email will look like:




Step 3. Direct to Login


Once the account is activated, the customer can log in to their account at any time by visiting: https://app.coachinggenie.com/login/ 



Troubleshooting


If the customer claims that they have not received the email:


  • Advise them to check their spam or junk mail folder.
  • Confirm the email address they used for the purchase and check for any typos.
