Upon cancellation of your Coaching Genie subscription, your clients will no longer have access to the materials available on their dashboard.
However, we provide a 30-day grace period before your account and all associated data, including content, groups, and client information (e.g. check-ins, journals, uploaded files), are permanently deleted.
