If your client isn't receiving emails, such as replay notifications, call reminders, module releases, etc. this could be due to several issues:


  • Their mailbox may be full.
  • The email address provided could be incorrect.
  • They might have opted out of your emails by using the "Unsubscribe" link in a previous email sent from Coaching Genie.
  • One of your emails sent from Coaching Genie could have been marked as spam.


To resolve this, encourage your client to reach out to our technical support at tech@coachinggenie.com for assistance.


Additionally, you can confirm if the emails were not received by reviewing the Email History page. This step ensures you're informed about the email delivery status.
