If you have a client who paid for a subscription for your product created inside Coaching Genie, and is asking to cancel, you can easily do so from your Coach dashboard.
Simply follow these steps:
Step 1. On the top-right corner of your dashboard, click the downward-pointing arrow. This will bring up several options. Click on the My Orders page.
Step 2. Type your client's name on the search box, then hit the Enter key.
Step 3. Once you have found the transaction, click the Edit/Refund link.
Step 4. Then click the Cancel subscription button at the bottom.
Step 5. It will ask you to confirm whether you want to cancel the subscription. Go ahead and click "Yes, I'm Sure."
