Coaching Genie allows you to create "Progress Trackers" to be used for accountability and clarity purposes, so your clients know exactly what they need to do or complete in your program or course.


You can use them to track things like:

  • Course completion requirements
  • Goals and milestones
  • Task lists and to-dos
  • For onboarding to make sure a new client completes all the necessary steps after they join your program
  • Weekly homework tasks (e.g. "Week 1 Action Items", "Week 2 Action Items", etc.)


You can assign multiple Progress Trackers to each of your groups, as needed.

To notify your clients about the available Progress Trackers, simply let them know during your live calls. 

You can also mention them inside a Welcome page of the program, inside a Module, or simply by sending them an email.

You can also include a mention of the Progress Trackers inside an Onboarding Sequence (coming March, 2024), which will allow you to create a series of automated emails to be released to your clients throughout the program.
