Step 1: Check Your Billing Date and Request Cancellation
Your cancellation must be processed before your next billing date.
To initiate the cancellation, email your cancellation request to tech@coachinggenie.com and ask when your next billing date is scheduled.
Step 2: Download Your Data
After canceling, you have 30 days to download all the content from your account. Post the 30-day period, your account and all its content will be permanently deleted.
Step 3: Inform Your Clients
It's crucial to inform your clients that they will lose access to any courses they have paid for once your account is deleted.
