There are several ways that you can assign and collect homework from your clients in Coaching Genie.

1. Weekly Check-ins

Although the weekly check-in feature is an accountability tool used to track your clients’ progress, you can also use it to collect homework.

The same questions will appear every week, so keep them relevant to your entire course.

To set up weekly check-ins, refer to this article: How do weekly check-ins work?

Weekly check-in question are the same every week, so be sure to use the questions that will be general and non-specific to the module content.

2. Journals

This is the feature that most of our coaches use to collect homework from their clients.

You simply need to add your homework prompts or instructions inside a module, and tell your clients to answer the questions or submit their homework by creating a journal entry.

For more information on how your clients can submit their homework using journals and how to view their journal entries, refer to these articles:

3. Forms

Forms are convenient for collecting homework from your clients, as you simply need to share the link with them.

The drawback, however, is that you can not respond to your clients' homework answers with your own feedback.

And if you're running a group, members can't see each other's responses to provide support and encouragement, which is important in group programs.
