Although Coaching Genie only allows you to create weekly check-ins, with a simple workaround you can allow your clients to check in daily.
Under the check-in questions, use each question as a daily question. For example:
You can create 7 questions (for each day of the week) or 5 questions (if you want to skip weekends).
Then your clients can go to the relevant week:
