There are two reasons why a module might not be delivered to a specific client:

  1. If a module was already delivered to that client before. The system will not send duplicate emails unless you (the coach) manually hit "Send Email" on that module. 

  2. If a client has customized content, and the customized module release dates were not entered. Please check this knowledge base article for a detailed explanation: Why can some clients see my modules, while others cannot?
