Groups can be set to “Self-Paced” allowing clients to unlock the next module as soon as the previous modules are marked “Complete”. This setting will allow your clients to control the release of the modules and work at their own pace, without waiting for you to release the next module.

All group types - Live, Evergreen, and Rolling Enrollment - can be set to Self-Paced. You can do that when you are initially creating your group, or you can update it later in group settings by pressing "Edit" under the group name.

Please note that if the modules are self-released, clients do NOT get an email notification - even if the module email delivery option is set to "ON". If the module is released according to the schedule, the module will arrive via email as usual.
