Your subscription allows a certain number of clients in all groups.
The number of clients refers to the TOTAL number of active clients your subscription package can handle.
For example, 15 clients maximum means that you'll be able to support up to 15 clients across all the groups you're running.
100 clients maximum means all of your groups together will allow for up to 100 clients.
When you run out of client spots, you can do either of these:
- Delete or deactivate your clients at any time to create room for more clients. Please refer to this article: How do I delete or deactivate a client?
- Archive the group after your coaching program is over. Clients in the archived groups do not count towards the total client count, but still have access to the group materials. Please refer to this article: What does "Archiving a Group" do?
