After a client purchases your coaching program or course, you can easily give them access to the portal in Coaching Genie.


Simply follow these instructions:


Step 1. You will need to grab the "Client Link" for the specific group that you created. You can find instructions in this article: How do I add my clients to my Coaching Genie group?


Step 2. Send the "Client Link" in an email to your clients.


Step 3. Ask your clients to watch this tutorial which explains how to set up their account: https://coachinggenie.com/watchme

Your materials are ready for you to access inside our member portal in Coaching Genie. 


Please follow these steps to access your program:


Step 1. Watch this video tutorial on how to create your account -

Step 2. After watching the tutorial, click this link to get started - {Insert client link}


Step 3. If this is your first time using Coaching Genie, click the "Create an Account" tab and complete the registration.


Step 4. A confirmation email will be sent to you. If you can't find it in your inbox, please make sure to check your spam or Promotions folder (if using Gmail).


Step 5. Once you confirm your email address, you can log in at any time using this link -
