How can my clients subscribe to or unsubscribe from emails? Print

Clients can manage the emails they receive by choosing the subscription option they prefer.

Here's how.

Step 1. The client should log in to their client portal by going to www.GenieLogin.com.

Step 2. Click on the dropdown menu in the upper right of your portal and choose the "Notifications: option:

Step 2 Choose the option that best fits your needs:

A confirmation of the change will display.
