When your coaching program ends, any client who has access to your group will still be considered an active client and count toward your active client total.
To make room for new clients, you will need to deactivate or delete clients to remove their access or upgrade to the next membership level.
You can then choose to Archive your group to keep your Active groups' page clean and well organized. You can read more about archiving groups here.
