Step 1 Create your welcome page content
Step 2 Click the green publish button
Step 3 Refresh your page and the "Send Email" button will appear
Step 4 Click the send email button
This will bring you to a confirmation page asking if you are sure you want to send a welcome email to your group. Click yes and you will send an email to all members of the group. This email will not contain the welcome page content. It contains a welcome message and a link to your welcome page.
