Clients will continue to have access to modules even after the live group ends.
If you would like to remove a client's access to a group you can deactivate the client.
Follow these steps to do this:
Step 1. Under the "My Groups" tab, click on the members Icon.
Step 2. Click on Delete or Deactivate button next to the group member you wish to deactivate. You can re-activate a member by clicking Activate again.
***Note: If a group is Archived, group members will no longer be receiving any new modules, even if you add them to the program assigned to the group. Active group members will still be able access the group, modules, journals, but no new material will be published for them. New members will not be able to join an archived group.
