Yes you can! Every time your members receive an email from you such as the module release email and other course announcements, by default they will see the registered name as the sender. 


To use your company name as the sender name, you can enter a Nickname in your profile.


Follow these steps:


Step 1. Locate the downward-facing arrow icon, which is situated next to your profile picture on the right-hand side of your screen.




Step 2. Click the My Profile tab.




Step 3. In the "Nickname" field, enter your company name and check the box labeled "Use the nickname." 




Step 4. Then scroll down and click the Save button.
