To send an email to one client, simply follow these steps:


Step 1. Click on the My Clients tab.



Step 2. Enter your client's name on the box.



Step 3. Tick the box before the client's name.


Step 4. Click the dropdown arrow next to Actions, then click the Send email to selected users option.




Step 5. Enter the subject line on the "Subject" box, and your message under the "Text" box. When you're done composing your email, click the Send button.
