You wouldn't be able to do it yourself, unfortunately. But it's as simple as asking your clients to click the group link of the group you want them to move to. Since they already have a Coaching Genie client account, as soon as they click your link and sign-in with their account, they'll be immediately added to the new group. You could then simply deactivate or delete them from the groups you don't want them to be in.
