Here are the steps to re-activate a client:
Step 1. Click the Members icon in the corresponding group.
Step 2. Find the member's name and click the Activate button.
Activating a member's access automatically restores their access to the program. So when they log in to their Coaching Genie account, they will be able to access the program/group.
