With Coaching Genie, there are two different kinds of accounts.
"Client" and "Coach". Each one has a set of different functions. A Client account allows you to access the programs and courses you purchased. A Coach account allows you to create and manage your own programs and courses.
1. Coach Account
The account you use to access your Coaching Genie coaching system where you can create your programs, monitor your clients, create modules, etc. Think of it as your "back office" where you create your programs and courses, and manage your clients and groups.
2. Client Account
Is a type of account used by your Clients for them to access the programs they purchased from you. This is where your clients can watch your modules, add journal entries, watch replays, etc. You can also become a Client in your own group, if your goal is to see what your clients will see.
You only need ONE Client account, and can use it to join any group. You do NOT need to create a new account for every group or program you're trying to join. All the programs you have purchased or joined will show up under the same Client account.
You cannot have both Coach and Client accounts under the same email. Each account has its own set of functionalities, and the system needs to know who you are (Coach or Client) to display the right features.
The way you know if you're logged in as a coach and not a client is this: you won't see any ability to create new programs, modules, or groups as a client. No admin features are available. Clients can only see the group program they joined, like this:
