If your clients are not receiving emails because they go to spam, please suggest that they whitelist this email address: system@coachinggenie.com. Here's how to whitelist an email address in Gmail (a 30-second tutorial):
You can also view your Email History to see if the system delivered the emails, and whether your clients opened.
