A welcome page template is automatically created when you create your group. You can modify it to your liking with your own information, then hit "Publish". Until you publish your welcome page, your clients will not see it.
To view the welcome page that you created, your clients will need to first join your group by clicking the group link that you'll send them.
If they have an existing Coaching Genie account, they'll simply log in through the group link that you send them. If they don't have a Coaching Genie account, they will need to create an account.
Once they log in, they can click on the group's "Welcome" icon as shown below.
You may also choose to send your Welcome page to group members by pressing the "Send Email" button:
