Step 1. Check that your clients have activated their account. They would have done this by clicking the confirmation link inside the email they received, when they first signed up for Coaching Genie. Click the "Members" icon for the group and you will see a list of the members in that group. 

Step 2. Confirm the clients status is show as “Subscribed” under "Members". If they have clicked "Unsubscribe" inside their client portal, the system will not send them any emails.


Step 3. Confirm that the “Deliver Modules via Email” checkbox is enabled in the group settings.

If they are still not receiving the emails, your clients should check their "Spam" or "Promotions" folder.
