Under "My Groups", find the group you want to check and click on the Members icon to see a list of everyone who has confirmed their account.
If you don’t see someone on the list, it’s because they never clicked the activation link in the email that was sent when they originally created their Coaching Genie account.
If they misplaced the original account activation email, they can sign up again and will receive a new activation email.
NOTE: Activation emails expire within 1 hour, so your clients must click on the activation link as soon as it arrives in the email.
