If your coaching program has live calls, you can set up a schedule of calls.

Follow these steps:

Step 1. Go to “My Groups” and click on the “Pages” drop down menu and click on 'Upcoming Events'  for the group you want. Scroll down to the section called "Create Your Group Call Schedule Below" and add a new event:

Step 2. Click 'Create New Event', fill out your event details and then hit 'Publish'.

Step 3. To edit an existing event, click the “Edit” button next to it.


NOTE: Your group members will automatically receive two email reminders about each call - 48 hours and 1 hour before a live call is scheduled. 

You might choose to include a Zoom link or conference call details right in the description. You may also want to include the call information inside the welcome page so that clients can find it at any time.
