Use the "Live" option when your coaching program includes both, modules and live calls. You should also use this option when you want your clients to see each other, be accountable to one another, and use client journals.


Use "Evergreen" groups when you want to deliver content only (e.g. a digital course). Members will not be able to see or interact with each other in Weekly Check-ins as only the client journal feature is available.


Here's how clients will see Live and Evergreen groups in their dashboard:

You can see that in the Evergreen group, the Check-in, Members, and Events icons don't appear. This is simply because you're only delivering content.
