If you would like to run the same course again, you can easily clone a group. Here's how:


Step 1. Click on the My Groups tab.




Step 2. Tick the box on the left side of the group that you want to clone (or duplicate).




Step 3. Then click the down arrow next to Actions.




Step 4. Click the Clone Group option.


 

Now you have just cloned the group.




When you clone a group, the following settings from the original group will be automatically copied over to the cloned/new group:

  • Basics 
  • Course
  • Modules
  • Branding
  • Check-ins
  • Welcome Page
  • Upcoming Events
  • Module Release


Once you have cloned the group, you can easily update the settings to match the requirements of the new group.


While cloning a group replicates most settings, certain elements are group-specific and will not be copied to the new group, such as:

  • Group members
  • Group Files
  • Replays
  • Discussion
